How should I redo my room?

I know that I want to paint my room tiffany blue and have white lace curtains. I will possibly have a white chandelier, though i don't know because they are so expensive and my ceiling is kind of low. I will be sticking with the furniture that I already have; a desk, a bed, a bookshelf, and a dresser, all white, but everything else is up for review. I do need a new bulletin board, a new bedspread, a new floor rug, a new hamper, and a new sort of cloth drawer thing to keep my sewing projects. I want to stick with the blue and white color scheme. Do you have any idea where I can find new accessories for my room? What other accessories would make it look cool? Thanks.
