I need to destroy someone's life, what should i do?

I know it sounds harsh, but i do. There is this football player at school who got into Princeton with the snap of his fingers only because he is a football player. I got accepted to Princeton using my family ties and having a good GPA. But, i am on the wait list. So whenever one person drops out of the lineup to go to Princeton, one spot opens up and i have ensured that the next person that drops out, i will be in for good. My parents donated a good amount to the library fund to ensure that this will happen. So, I would not be mad at this situation if he had not personally pissed me off ever since we both got the letters informing us of our acceptance. So, he found out that i had been wait listed and he thought it was paramount to inform the entire school that my family's money did not help me for once in my life and that i was an elitist a**hole and then he continued to key my brand new Range Rover that my grandparents gave me. i let that slide. He continues to inform me of how i am elitist and a terrible person. BUT, last weekend he and his terrible friends showed up to a party that i was having at my house and got WAY too drunk, punched holes into my walls, tore the really expensive wallpaper in my bathroom, broke a chandelier, and threw pillows from my father's study into the fire. This is what tipped me over the edge. So, I want my spot at Princeton. Before i was just going to wait for someone to give up their spot. But now it is war. If he gets arrested from now until his freshman orientation he is kicked off the Princeton football team and is therefore not able to attend the school because his parents cannot afford the tuition. How should i get him arrested?
