Apartment not enforcing lease clauses?

A new tenant in the apartment complex has been playing their music with the bass turned up high. The result is that I can hear and feel the vibrations in my unit. I have complained to management 3 times now, with no remedy. The lease agreement has a clause about causing annoyances and disturbances for other tenants. It appears that management is not going to force the new tenant to abate the disturbance. Does this void the lease agreement between me and the apartment complex? If they do not adhere to their own lease requirements, then why should I adhere to them? I want to break the lease and move, as the disturbance is driving me crazy.
