What color chandelier earrings should I wear?

I have long, dark brown hair and pale skin. I often wear colorful clothes, especially colorful tops. I'm not sure whether I should get colorful earrings to match or less colorful earrings to balance my outfit out. I'm also not sure what colors would look cute on big dangly earrings and what colors would look tacky. What do you think?
